I have bought/downloaded a game from iTunes that is either faulty or not loaded properly.

Is it possible to re download ?

I have tried to contact the games site, but not getting any help.

Delete the game, assuming it is still available on the App Store (press and hold on the app icon in the home screen then touch the x that appears). Now open your iTunes App and go to the purchased tab, find the game and redownload without any additional charge.

I wouldn't write it off, you have two options, contact Apple for a refund for the game explaining that the app doesn't work or contact the developer to see if they can fix the app for you.

I have contacted the developers via email ..

They do not appear to have any interest in replying..
