I have a bunk, but most of the time I stay in hotels. Last night I didn't get into Whitecourt until quite late so I crashed out in the truck.

Going through my space exploration archives.
All this mission to Mars coverage reminded me of the stack of books, news paper and magazine articles I have, dating back to Project Mercury.
I was 13 years old the night Armstrong and Aldrjn
walked on the lunar surface. I recorded the entire excursion on magnetic audio tape using a Sony 7" reel-to-reel recorder.

Unfortunately the tapes were not properly stored and are too brittle to thread on a machine and play. But I keep them anyway, knowing what's on them.
