    We don't do presents.
Everyone arrives with a bottle of good wine .carefully thought out and selected.
Red or white in a brown paper bag.twisted closed.
After Xmas lunch or dinner we draw a number out if the Santa hat,
In numerical turn you select a brown paper bag.
Much conversation ensues re wine where from etc ,hoped you'd get that one etc....
At the end you can swap with each other if you wish. Or not.more hilarity and talk its great.
It's a great way to bring one take one ,everyone is happy.no major expense ,and everyone seems happy.
Kids get presses from Santa only!!!

I like getting and giving a book at Christmas. It's a gift that makes the rounds because I give a lot of books away hoping other people enjoy them and pass them on again.

Do you listen to Dee Snider's "House of Hair" radio show? I like it. He's quite funny.

A colleague of mine has loaned me her cd of Michael Buble, Christmas album. I'm loving it.
