Storage wise, you can use iCloud or a Wireless HDD:

If you are talking about memory on the actual device, both RAM and storage - there's no way. You'd have to buy a new device as Apple did not make the iPad with expandable memories.
You'll have to do as Hiarcs suggested, use those devices mentioned or try a cloud storage account such as Dropbox.
