    Help with turtlebeach X11s

    Hi all

    Got new turtle beach X11s for xbox....

    All fine except sometimes it randomly has the tv channels noise while I'm plyin a game. It's very annoying...

    I can hear game and chat fine, but then It randomly just brings on voices from a tv programme and all the fizzing noise. I don't watch tv at all ever, just play xbox and movies....

    Any ideas to help?
