None of the options are meant as an insult. They are just how a dyslexic old FRAT like me sees different types of computer/ipad users so let me try to explain the names.
Geek ... This is the man or woman that has no fear when it comes to the innards of a computer or iPad. He or she is equally at home with a set of mini screwdrivers with Anti-static wrist straps as they are with a knife and fork and they can probably rhyme off the exact serial number of any diode, plug and fuse in every device they own.

Dork ... This is the man or woman that hasn't got a clue about how computers/iPads and other gizmos work. They know how to switch them on but their usual mating call is, "What do I do now?" The thing with dorks is that once they get to the right page where they can read up on their chosen subject, they are normally quite capable of having a good time by just reading.

Human ... These folk are seen everywhere. They know a little bit about computer/iPad stuff and, once up and running, they can generally get to whichever section of the web they want and get down to work. They are not experts but they can generally be relied on not to break anything.

When I posted the OP I got a new box asking me to fill in the possible answers.
