As you can see from the photos, there is a major addition under construction. This addition will be the new parish hall, which replaces the one built in the 1950's.

One of the neatest libraries - Bud Werner Library in Steamboat Springs Colorado. The Yampa river runs behind it and you can cross the river on an ice bridge in the winter. In the spring (Mud season) the river flows so wild from runoff there is a huge standing wave that kayakers can flip, spin, turn and all sorts of tricks without moving downstream - that is until they move out of the sweet spot then suddenly they are traveling at upwards of 30 miles per hour backwards heading downstream.

I have taken many pictures here, all with a conventional camera, but this one is courtesy of steamboatsmyhome.com

The building is designed like an old ski lodge in memory of W. J. "Buddy" Werner

It's good to see those developments going on in Regina, Scifan. Would you be tempted to work closer to home when the store is finished and looking for staff?

If I did, I'd lose my 7 weeks of paid vacation and several dollars of my hourly wage.

That's a great story about the inspiration behind the design of the Bud Werner Library, zstairlessone. The setting is brilliant, and it looks like the white water sports are appreciated by the locals.
