help. i don't know if its the right thread, but its about nano 6g

guys, i have this ipod nano 6g i got for christmas. so, it's cool.

April 30, I got a strap for it. i went to the clock app, then it hanged. it stayed on the clock. (it was fully charged)
this happened for 1hour, till my dads magic hands magically turned of the ipod nano. i tried opening it that time, and it said, connect to power.
(low battery). charged it, and it worked.

May 14, night, my ipod nano was on low bat. and woke up in the morning, i cant open it anymore.
i was charging it for more than 2 hours and no apple **** appears, no nothing, looks like im charging a piece of metal.
reset doesn't work.

is it the strap?
should it rest?

what should i do.
