    Is anyone going to Scotland for the day tomorrow? If so would you buy a copy of the Sunday Herald - they are publishing that footballer's name. The coward cowering behind his super injunction!

    Forget my request for the paper.

    A Google or two gets the suspect. It looks like the Spanish named him and STV has bits.
    It seems that the super injunction isn't effective internationally.
    Who said the law's an ass?
    In the meantime, The Scotland Herald's website has crashed.

    You might want to edit that given that an unnamed person is already taking legal action against the owners of twitter for a poster naming someone in a super injunction!
