I tried something new this weekend. Had a tub of some type of cream cheese cooking blend (garlic flavor) that was given to my wife. Chopped in some sausages mushrooms, and green onions after cooking them for a few minutes until the mushrooms were cooked. After mixing in the sauce, I added a cup of shredded cheese. It was suppose to be a calazoni filling, but instead, I cut the crust off bread slices and put the filling between two slices, buttered on the outside. I then pinched the edges together and baked until lightly brown. Not bad.
