I tried something new this weekend. Had a tub of some type of cream cheese cooking blend (garlic flavor) that was given to my wife. Chopped in some sausages mushrooms, and green onions after cooking them for a few minutes until the mushrooms were cooked. After mixing in the sauce, I added a cup of shredded cheese. It was suppose to be a calazoni filling, but instead, I cut the crust off bread slices and put the filling between two slices, buttered on the outside. I then pinched the edges together and baked until lightly brown. Not bad.

Seadog, that sounds delicious! Anything new on here is great. I get bored with the same food all the time!

Oo that sound YUMM do you know what the cheese was called?

Nice and exotic...but where you are it's probably better know as the usual....sounds heavenly.
