    Last night we had home made lasagne with a splash of mango chilli sauce mixed in. The dish had a lovely kick to it

    Never met a Gouda I didn't like.
    I make a vegetable lasagna using Gouda instead of Mozzarella.

    I was going to open a third cheese, but there wasn't enough room in my cheese keeper. I clearly need a bigger one, lol.
