Hey in a pinch, that will work! Especially after a long day from work or school--sometimes its hard to cook a full cooked meal. We all need shortcuts!

Grasshopper Pie without green food color. This pie is like a dream. Soft, fluffy, and sooo tasty it's dangerous. Lol

Having cold Chinese leftovers because I woke hungry and hubby has not woken yet to make breakfast.

We had Peking duck the traditional way last night, served in three courses -- crispy skin and pancakes first, then stir-fried duck meat with preserved veggies, and duck soup third. I'm polishing off the stir fry.

Vanilla cake with vanilla frosting and milk. I tried giving up sweets for Lent, but the temptation was too great. It's a little piece, if that counts. Lol
