    I always used to have Butternut as they are so easy to cut, but now I've switched back to Queensland blue.

    Yes I agree ,the qld blue has more flavour.
    Great roasted with beetroot and and fetta cheese as a side dish to accompany a big juicy steak

    Noooo, Gabriel...but sure does sound like fun and good at the same time!! Sweet Dumplings look like ACorn Squash, but "squattier!!"
