No, I don't know! It's called Quaker Oats over here but being an SA, I forget I live here! You are making me homesick young man! I like Maltabella as well. We have quite a few SA shops over here and I have it in my cupboard. Unfortunately, my kids love pronutro too, so that doesn't stick around long.

    The vegetarians lurk tonight.
A medley of root vegetables ... yams, turnip, blue potato, parsnip, vidalia onion,
and beets, roasted in garlic / chili oil.

Olive potato bread and arugula tomato salad.

Haven't got a clue what jungle oats are, or a lot of the other things you mention

AA. What are blue potatoes? That dish sounds very nice. But then I like anything with garlic

Blue potato is a hybrid. The flesh is blue.
    Often found at farmers markets.

Amazing and my, the color, Yes thank you for the pic. I'll have to ask hubby about those. We own a fruit and vegetable wholesaling business. There is certainly some amazing fruit and veggies out there.

Are they the Heirloom tomatoes? the earlier original varieties, there is so many different types and they have different names in different countries. That blue potato is called a sapphire, lovely name for a potato I must say. And then capsicums, you can get almost every color in them. And we have already lost so many different fruit and vegetables over time. A shame. Your avatar is just glorious by the way

Yes nothing remarkable. A bit nutty like Yukon Gold. They make a stunning potato salad. I mix blue, Yukon Gold, and red potato, skins on, with a mustard, mayonnaise, sour creme and chive dressing, seasoned with Spike. AA
