I got an really good deal on 40 concrete stepping stones. the drag was that they are 20" sq. and weigh about seventy pounds each.It took 4 truck loads to get them all home and the last load were unloaded with help from an unsuspecting hitchhiker. In the fall we will install them in the basement laundry room and extend the patio.
Last night, Alan Titchmarsh's programme, Love Your Garden, was very good.
He transformed a small urban garden into a superb haven.
The previous night, we watch the first of 3 programmes on the Hampton Court Flower Show. Tropical plants and what can be grown here in the UK were showcased. Methinks a couple of tree ferns may make their appearance at home some day.

If you can stay calm while all around you is chaos then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation
Everybody's flowers and hostas are looking great. We have had one rain storm after another lately. My hostas just started to flower as well--they are white with a hint of purple in it!

Love that rose.
It's raining again here. Some of my weeds are as tall as I am.
I really like that look of garden excess although I'm getting a tad carried away this year.
My perfect day would be rain at night and sun in the day. No watering!!! More time for lounging under gazebo
