An otter. They are so cute and smart too. They hold a clam against their chest as they float on their back, and use a rock to break/open the clam so they can eat it.

I skied all round the lake a few years ago, Heavenly, Sierra, Kirkwood, Aspen Meadows and some others. Wouldn't mind doing it again, but too old, I fear.

Nice hills. I bet you were a hot dog skier. Kirkwood was my all time favorite. Enjoyed the drive to there also.

It's really weird when you don't see a person, and have to judge his age by his posts: although I should know from something you have written in the "Today in history" thread, that you're older than I am, I always imagine you younger than me. :-)

BTW: I took a quick look into iphoneforum, but couldn't detect any sign of avatar wars. ;-) Maybe I should search more thoroughly?

Thanks, Johanna. I'm 52, and half that age in my mind, but the trucking has taken its toll on my knees. I used to ski the double black diamond trails, but my knees won't stand it any more.

Avatar wars is when moderators change each others avatars. We don't do it to members, although we could if we wanted to. I shouldn't have mentioned it. I forgot it was only done by moderators to other moderators. Contrary to some people's opinions, we actually do have a sense of humor.
