I have had my iPad 2 fora out nine months and have been having problems with pass words and IDS. There is a Cloud ID
I Tunes and email account ID's, everything is all messed I up and I can't sign in to anything and I have tried everything
Opening new accounts .

Well that all sounds very frustrating for you. We will need more info though if we are to help. Are you getting error messages and when, what is it your trying to do. I use the same ID for my iTunes, iCloud and email, so I've never had a problem.....

But first of all try a reset of your iPad and see if this makes a difference - Hold the power off button and the home button simultaneously, keep holding them in and you will see the power off slide appear and disappear, wait until you see the Apple logo appear before releasing the buttons. It will take a little longer for your iPad to start.
