    Hi new to forums and ipad 3

    Hi new to iPad and forums needed to try and get help bought iPad 3G wifi 16 GB new from eBay all arrived sealed new in box put 3G chip in working fine till 2 days a go works on wifi ok but now all I get is no service on 3G had a chat with apple who said that the iPad is locked to a American network and need to contact seller awaiting reply from seller
    When bought it was unlock to any network from new (factory unlock) has any one got suggestions glad of all help I can
    get
