Delete the Netflix App, then hold down the sleep and home buttons utill the iPad reboots. Go into the App Store and download the Netflix App again.

No go,! It does work on other wireless systems , so I rebooted wireless...still no go
what do you mean "other wireless systems?" As in other wifi locations?

Is it your home you are having problems with? or do you have direct access to all the networking hardware (modem, router?) If so, unplug the modem and router and delete your wifi connection from the iPad. then, turn on the Modem, give it a minute to connect. then turn on the router, give it a minute to connect. Last, turn on your wifi on the iPad and reconnect to the wifi network.
