Hi to all you folks out there. Am a silver surfer (one of those baby-boomers) sounds easier on my ears than OAP!!
Have just bought this nifty bit of kit my first IPad an' loving it.ㄚ
However am not computer savvy so am hoping I will be able to find lots of hints and tips to help me solve the many
Challenges I will encounter on my quest to get the best out of my new toy.
The reason I bought my Ipad was to keep up with friends etc in the UK since I spend most of my time, mainly winter in a tiny village called Seydiller just on the outskirts Kemer Turkey.Am kept busy feeding the hens,stray cats and dogs who seem to come from nowhere the minute I arrive.  
My little house has no mod-cons let alone broadband (or whatever the Turkish equivalent might be).
So my first concern is tho this IPad is wifi am too far away from cafes etc with HotSpots so does anyone out there know if something like the 3G huawei,unlocked get me online?

Hi there and welcome.

I use a 3G hotspot like the one you describe and it works perfectly, for an unlocked mifi you would probably have the best success on eBay. Mine is locked but is super fast so as long as you can get a 3G signal you should be fine.

There is lots of good advice and info on here plus plenty of members all too willing to help with any problems.

Remember, search is your friend. If you can't find the answer you need and you post a question then give as much info as you can to help members help you i.e. iPad 1 or 2, etc. and iOS version and name of app if the problem is with a specific app........and please don't forget to read the forum rules Forum rules - everybody please read!!
