Thread: I'm a newbie too...

I am travelling round Asia, and in Thailand everything was fine, Singapore too. I'm now in Vietnam and I've lost the BBC website and now I've lost Facebook, it's not that important but it's handy for keeping in touch. Those are the only 2 sites that I know off. My banking site is ok and my credit card sites. Surely it is not because it is a communist country that these sites are blocked....?

Sorry, the iPad must have playing funny beggars with me....I was in the guesthouse and it was kind of strange that it wouldn't let me on to BBC or Facebook, but all other sites...it is now when I go out of the guesthouse. Thanks anyway. P

I know Facebook is not available in China because of Government restrictions.....just a little trivia here.
