    FaceTime on iPad fourth generation

    I was wondering if someone can help me, I can FaceTime my daughter no problem, but nobody else I don't know what's going wrong, my sister in law has tried to FaceTime me but without success, when I try to FaceTime her it says lost connection, but never actually rings, I have being trying for days to rectify it.
