Hi guys and thank you for inviting me to join.. i wanting to learn more about the ipad and currently looking to buy my very first one.. im looking for one that is reasonably priced does not have to be new..just not sure where to begin to look.. i heard this was a good place to find one.. or at least a site i can trust to purchase one? thanks and have a great day.

You won't find any for purchase here, but you will find tons of advice! Welcome.

I would recommend looking at a refurbished one from Apple.....they come with a full warranty too.
