While I'm new to this gadget, I'm pretty familiar and intermediate with it. What I'm trying to resolve is an issue with Adobe Flash Player, any suggestions?

Flash will never be available on the iPad and Adobe has stopped any development for mobile devices also. Have a look at this link and all will be explained and some alternatives suggested.
