Hi all, I've just joined your forum and hope to get some great tips and tricks.

Hello Madam Dash, welcome to the iPad forums. Look around. There's a lot happening. Lots of friendly helpful people drop by.
The best tip I can offer is download the iPad user guide from the Apple site. Give it a quick read to familiarize yourself with the iPad. Later on you can use it as a quick reference because you'll know you read "something about that" before.

Hello and welcome to the forum!

I have notices for updates (10). When I tap in any of them to download I get waiting and then a pop up telling that it can't download at this time. This has been going on for over a week now. I'd go to my iPad manual but it's in iBook and is one of the updates that won't download. Any suggestions?
