I have a school issued iPad. Is there any way I can download apps, send emails, etc.. And they can not see?

Are you looking for a way to circumvent the restrictions placed on your school issued iPad? If so, it's unlikely you will find any help here.

Guided access in iOS6 ? Allows to lock the ipad to a certain app and restrict the use of screen, home and sleep button..

Hi and welcome to iPF Brian. I for sure wouldn't want to tamper with someone else's property if they have loaned it to me.

If the school owns the AppleID associated with the iPad, you can't download any apps onto it without the password, and if you have the password, they'll know because they'll be paying the bill. If you own the AppleID then you can, and you can delete the apps before giving it back so they won't know. It's pretty well as simple as that.
