Let's try this again. I'm Deana from VA. Got my very first iPad. My 50 birthday present to me. It's the ipad3. Never used Mac before at all. But I'm totally addicted already. But I have lots of questions?

The one I have now is how do I delete my emails . I have over 600 in my trash and don't want to do them one by one.

Hi! Happy Birthday. In answer to the e-mail question - in landscape mode, choose mailboxes, then trash, then edit and a choice including delete all should be at the bottom of the screen.
