Hello. I'm a new IPad user. Will need a lot of help. Patience please. I tried researching how to download YouTube videos to my iPad and got nowhere. Can anyone provide step-step instructions?

You will need an app for that and I've heard that iSafePlay is a good one although I haven't used it myself. it's free right now too!
