Hello just got ipad3 off my wife and rather enjoying it...I am stuck on a couple of things though...is there a flash element I can download and does anyone know why I can't watch videos? Other than that it's great!

You will need an app to play videos and there are many of these, there are quite a few threads here also which will show which ones our members find good for this.
