I live in NSW in winter and Tassie in summer and am even older than the 'baby-boomers' (Glad I'm not responsible for all the country's woes!) Good news has prompted my first foray onto a forum.
My Internet provider is Telstra Bigpond. Yesterday I noticed that 'Personal Hotspot' had appeared in my settings for the first time having given up trying to access it. I don't know how long since Telstra made it available but other users will surely be as thrilled as I am.
It's great to have a forum to pick up ideas to get maximum benefit from the iPad.
