Why not?

If you are talking about the app, it specifically states (in the AppStore) that it is only compatible with the iPad2 and the new iPad (the iPad3).

More than likely it's because it uses too much RAM to run - and the iPad1 only has a little bit of RAM compared to the others. Sorry.
