    Cool Ipad update

    Hi slysyl here I have an IPage1 & would like to update it. they say I may download it from my laptop but it doesn't work for me any ideas of what I might be
    doing wrong??? Thank you

    What operating system are you running right now on your iPad? Also, make sure if you are updating from your computer that your iTunes is properly updated. I believe the latest update is 10.5.3...something like that.
