I am new here and i hope i can get some assistance from any of you here esp in my query on ipad 2 missing "restriction" icon and apps can't be deleted nor moved to arrange into folders.

I'm a little confused with what's happening here, the iPad does not have a restriction icon, it is a setting that can be enabled through your Settings App. Have you applied a restriction? Could we have some more info here so that we can be of more assistance to you.

Im sorry i used the word icon because i couldnt find any word for it, thank u now i know its part of the settings.

I used iphone 4 and compared the settings in general in iPad 2, unfortunately there was no restriction setting in iPad 2. The reason i was looking for it is to disable the restriction.

Also, when i tried to delete the apps by pressing the apps a long time i noticed it wont wiggle and no cross"x" appearing on the upper portion of the app to delete it. Thus, i couldnt delete the apps and arrange them into respective folders.

That's where my problem stays unresolve.

Could you please share a light of experience and information how to disable restriction if its not there, and how to delete and arrange apps when it seems locked.

You will need to do a fresh restore on your iPad, plug it into your PC with iTunes and restore which will take it back to factory conditions. Let us know how you go.
