How can I change my profile pic on Linkdln app for iPad ?

Welcome to Apple iPad Forums!
I strongly encourage you to read the Forum Rules.
Maybe if there is a profile button, or User CP button for that app, you can change it. Sorry, I'm not too familiar with that app.
