    my voice dictation icon is missing

    I notice that my ipad 3 voice dictation , is missing on the setting, so that is no way for me to enable, and make the icon appear on my keyboard .Please any idiea how to fix?

    Check in settings, under general, under keyboard and see if you have Dictation on. Halfway down on the right side.
