New to the Apple brand and need all the help I can get.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. My new iPad is my first Apple product and I am enjoying all I am learning. I do have a couple of questions if someone out there could help, I would be very grateful.
    1) I followed the Apple website and drained my battery down to 0% and then charged it up to 100%. Was this the correct protocol?

    2) I am having a hard time with the iPad remebering my user names and passwords. Auto fill seems useless.

    Thank you in advance

    Hi Johnny--welcome!

Yes--Apple recommends that you drain your battery down to 0% once a month to help calibrate the battery. So you got it right there.

Also, do you have your auto fill on and it's still not keeping you logged on?
See this thread--maybe this can help you walk thru a little bit more with what you are doing.
