Hi I am a new member in this forum . I chanced upon it when I was looking for a solution for my cracked screen on iPad 2.

My iPad 2 is still under warranty . I bought it only last November . I took another one more year of apple protection plan. Now the screen is cracked. Apple said the replacement will cost s$420. Any advice or comments on this issue will be appreciated

Unless your warranty covered accidental breakage, seems your choice is to pay for replacement or to try finding an unauthorized repair place.
