I have just received a new ipad and would really appreciate all your help with some questions.

Firstly: What should you do when having problems syncing with icloud? Wireless is working, and all the correct boxes are ticked but contacts etc don’t seem to be updating on all the devices, so the only way to sync it all is to plug it into the PC. Do you suggest some form of re-booting of the iCloud?

Well I suppose you could disable then re-enable iCloud contacts on each device and see if that helps.

Settings/iCloud/contacts. Off
Settings/iCloud/contacts. On
