I am attempting to apply for jobs on line but when it comes to attach resume then I do not seem to be able to do this. Is it possible to get an app that I can save my C.V to and then attach just as u would from " word " on a normal laptop.

You can email directly from Pages in MS Word file format. Evernote is free and will probably do it too.
