Brand new to Ipad
Hi everyone, my very first time with my Ipad2 which I purchased a couple of hours ago. Super machine and I love it. One little problem for me, how do i stop the icons from 'shaking'? Reading the forum hints i noticed someone mentioned 'giggles', is this the same as 'shaking'?

Hi and welcome to the Forum!
Yes I think it would be, this happens when you long press an app and the reason for it is to either delete the app or move it around or into a folder. A folder is created when you slide one app on to another. To stop this just press the home button.

Congrats on the new toy!!
A touch way to stop wiggling is to touch the notifications bar to briefly slide it down. It doesn't have to open.
