My new iPad 3 can't detect 3G,but at the same time and same place iPad2 belong to my friend can detect that 3G. Please help me. How can I solve this problem.

Are you both on the same Carrier as different Carriers do have different coverage? If you are, give you iPad a restart and see if this makes a difference for you.
