Hi everyone, I have a sad tale to tell....I had my iPad 1 and a phone stolen from right under my nose in McDonalds at Fleet services in the UK. My other half obliged by replacing it with and iPad 3. I did all the usual updates and syncing to restore original data and apps, and then it would remain connected via 3G. Twice I have had to call O2 and they have talked me through everything they can do but still my cellular data account says "Device not Registered' ......but it is!
If I take the sim out, bit dodgy on this iPad, and replace it it works after a few minutes...then it just dies again as though the data has been used. I have checked and there is still plenty available.
Has anyone had this problem ? does anyone know if there is anything I can do to resolve it?
