Thread: New to iPad

Hi everyone,
I am new to the iPad and cannot seem to find the volume control, I.e. for videos that I recorded or from YouTube.
Ay suggestions?

There's the physical volume control on the right side under the mute switch.
Also, there another volume control that shows up when you double click the Home button and slide the area that appears toward the right. In that area there is also a brightness slider and iPod controls.
