I am new in Mac OS is a wonderfull world but i dont know about jailbreak to load apps

Depends what firmware your iPad is on, there is no jailbreak for 5.1....yet.

If you search the forum there are a number of threads giving step by step instructions for jailbreaking.

Please read the stickies in the iPad Hacking section, as for your problem, you need to be jailbroken to do so. IOS 5.1 cannot be jailbroken, unless you were talking about iOS5.01.
