Hello my fellow ipaders im Dhing Malilay presently operate my own small business name maersk telecom here in philippines im 50 yrs old and willing to know about ipad the latest application and at the same time i got my new ipad 3 bought last 3 days ago and factory unlocked with sim since they introduce the ipad to me and fitted my simcatd to the bed plate of my ipad 3 and i notice the signal is properly working at almost full bar.I completely trusted the store manager and i forgot to test the return call or text that i am expecting this ipad is the same with normal phone to receive call and text kindly help me to manage my ipad thank you very and i appreciate who share their ipad too. The iPad is not a phone.

There are several applications that will let you call over IP, like Skype, but it does not contain a normal cellular phone radio circuitry.
