    Exclamation Desperately seeking space and identifying the iPad I am using

    Hey there I am from Canada, Alberta to be exact I love my iPad however I don't even know what type of ipad I am using and I am having a hard time trying to negotiate my t.v. episodes, and movies i have downloaded on the ipad. I have deleted them off the iPod option but there still on my iPad and I am frustrated because I can't download my newest t.v. Endeavor the walking dead if anyone is interested in helping out a newbie who is lost in handbooks or instructions?? Message me!! And thanks

    Hi and welcome to the Forum!

    If you have a look on the back of your iPad below the Apple logo, you will see a model number, just google this. Also have a look in Settings - General - About and have a look at version and this will tell you what OS you are on.
    How have you downloaded these movies and TV shows? You say you have deleted them off the iPod option, sorry I don't understand this, is this in iTunes? You should be able to delete off whatever app you have them stored it, depending on the app, some have a swipe to delete option, others will have an Edit tab where you can then delete. Let us know what app you are using also.
