    A newbie

    Hello I am new to IPad and trying to navigate downloading apps. iBooks says installed but it's not showing seo I can't even delete it and try to reinstall...any helpful ideas?

    Have you searched through all you iPad's pages for the app? Usually, a downloaded app appears on the second page of the iPad. Unless that page is full, then it goes to the third, etc. so, maybe it's on a different page than you think?

    Or, try searching for it in the Spotlight. No, it won't show the page it's on, but if it appears in the Spotlight, then you'll know it's somewhere on the iPad (and you,, just have to find it).
