Hallo there!I am still new at this, so please help.Every time I try to use my ITunes app it says It can not complete request or something..What am I doing wrong,do I need to upgrade or download something...?Yes I am connected to the Internet, yes I have data available.So,please give me your views on this?

Did the PC/laptop that you used for iTunes running Windows??
Did the error occurs when you only just open iTunes or when you connect iPad to synch it??

I think she means the iTunes U app that comes standard with the ipad
