I am having problem with new iPad. When I connect to iTunes with cable, it is not recognizing it. When I use my old iPad, it is connecting. I change the USB cable, reinstall itune. Still I am having the problem

Ipad3 problem with itune. Not recognizing iTunes. I tried with my iPad 1. It is working. I also changed the cable and reinstall itune. Same problem
