Any video that I record from my ipad2 doesn't play the sound. People can't hear me on Skype or oovoo either. Can someone help me please

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

Check to make sure your microphone isn't blocked, it's the tiny slot on the top edge of your iPad in the middle but do NOT go sticking anything in here. I would try a reset of your pad, don't worry this will not change anything and is just like rebooting a computer
Hold the power off button and the home button simultaneously, keep holding them in and you will see the power off slide appear and disappear, wait until you see the Apple logo appear before releasing the buttons. It will take a little longer for your iPad to start. Let us know if this makes a difference.
